Return Policy & 30 Day Money Back Guarantee


Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since receiving your product, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

  2. After the exchange or refund has been assessed and approved, you will be required to return the product with its original packaging. Customer service will provide the return address.
  3. After the product has been successfully returned, we will process a full refund of the purchase price.
  4. Customers are responsible for covering any return shipping fees. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We encourage customers to include tracking or purchase shipping insurance as we cannot guarantee we will receive the parcel.



Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 
Then contact your credit card company, it may take a few business days before your refund is officially posted.
